The short of it is that this guy built a computer using an ion "fan" to provide airflow, some sort of cool DDR RAM HDD thingys, and a passively cooled VGA card and CPU.

What fun is a silent computer? Mine kinda sounds like a snowspeeder from Empire Strike Back. :D
