So, I have an Xbox 360, a laptop, a PSP and an iPod/iTunes collection.

so I am streaming iTunes ocntent from the PC to the PSP and the Xbox360.

Who said MS, Apple and Sony can't get along. I'd toss my Tivo in there, but I think my network would melt. No, that's not true, I have the Tivo doing it too.

Stream audio and video (for me from iTunes and Tivo), with realtime transcoding. Xbox, PSP, Tivo (with the RSS feeds, or you could just skip that and use Galleon).

My Tivo step is manual at the moment, the transcoder doesn't like the .tivo files, but I think I can fix that.

They're for different crowds, you can't compare. Moreso for the PSP/DS than the 360/Wii, but the fact remains that they're just too different for a direct comparison.

That said, the PSP is still bollocks.
