I started watching last week, and am a bit (really) confused.

Things I understand -
Sylar can take other people's powers
Hiro can travel in time

Things I don't understand -
Why does Hiro want to save this girl? From what? Who is she?

If ur talkin about the waitress chick, its cuz sylar wtfbbqd her while she was waiting them in the restaurant, so Hiro wanted to go back in time and save her cuz he already let a bunch of ppl get owned by not using his l33t powarz and he thought she was hawt

Here's a tip: download the previous episodes. It'll take a good couple of hours however way you do it, but it's quite worth it.
