If anyone knows of any tutorials to tell me how to put together briefing icon .ani files and shield hit .ani files I would really appreciate the link. Alternatively if someone could tell me the format the finished .ani files should take. How many frames, what each frame contains, how many colours, size, what has to be done with the alpha channel in each case? That would work too.
One other thing, anyone had any problems with ANIView32 not working under XP SP2? The blasted thing complains about not being able to open a temporary file when I try to install it and the executable crashes with a general protection fault when run directly.
