I hope you won't have any serious problem with it, because being the brand it is, support may take a while.

I meant support as in the laptop having something wrong with it that you can't fix and having to send it back for them to replace/fix whatever was broken.

Actually the issue I had with my Ferrari laptop was resolved within the week - can't fault their support there. Remember that you usually hear only about the negative experiences people have with support services.

Re: I'll buy a new laptop :)
True, but the only two persons I knew that had issues with them had to wait over a month to have a monitor issue fixed which shouldn't have left the factory in such a state.

I was a bit more lucky than those two persons (regarding their problems) and still I had to wait a month for them to fix a faulty keyboard and dvd-drive.

Perhaps it's a country specific thing.

This game is unfortunately a PITA to get working on XP, although it works better with ATI cards.

Acer makes some very good products, although I have no idea what their support is like. Actually, if I was buying a laptop, I would probably look at their options first as they're pretty much the only manufacturer to offer full-size keyboards at a reasonable price.

Tell me about it! Save yourself the trouble and run the game on a Windows 98 machine.
