So, uh, how many personas can I use now?

I know that the limit was increased a couple of years ago. But, with the addition of the automatic death screams I can hit the limit (if it still exists) any moment now

Yeah, the number of personas is dynamic now.  There is still the limit of 4 persona types though (wingman, support, large, command).
