He uses MAX, which I'm starting to use now, cause Lightwave wont work anymore

it doesnt matter what i use, it'll never get done until i fiqure out how to sucessfully work on models when they are scaled to be 7km long.

Well, you could just do some simple math, and work it out from there.  If you want it to be 7000 some odd meters long, just make it a few units(I think it's 1 TS units to 20 meters in FS), then multiply all the x,y,z scales by the same factor, until your length is 7000.

easy: 7000 meters long in FS2, 350 meters in TS. You don't need to calculate anything else, just scale your ship by cliking in a viewport with both mouse buttons (scaling tool selected of course), hold them, and drag. the model data window will update in real time.
