In a mission I am trying to get my wing men to start docked to the several points on the GTT Argo.
They dock in Fred but when i open FS2_Open they just fall off, or fly off.

I have given them the order to play dead but they wont until they are off the docks.

Long story short: How do i get them to stay on?

I think docking points are incompatible...

I think you have to allow daisy-chained docking in the mission specs menu.

I wept. Mysterious forces beyond my ken had reached into my beautiful mission and energized its pilots with inhuman bomb-firing abilities. I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta

This is an AI bug.  It's in Mantis, and will be fixed as soon as I figure out the best way to do so.

Daisy Chaining works just fine, thanks

:wtf: That's odd.  You just have an Argo and a set of fighters, right?  Nothing else docked to the Argo or any of the fighters?

There is also a support ship docked on the bottom point but yep, all the fighters stay on once given  the play dead/stay still (Forget which one) order.

Is the support ship docked to the transport or the fighters?

Maybe you'd better send me the mod.

Okay... how do i send you it, can i just email the mission?

And the support ship is docked to the lower dock point on the Argo

Sorry to jump  in, I got a dock point orientation question.

Does a set of dockpoints for REARMING have to be the tradional Z axis (V) Can I make it Y from behind instead(>).

The UNIT would look like it's wearing a backpack otherwise from the top you need to leave a 5-10 foot wider gap cause of shoulder thrusters sticking up would inhibit the rearming "vessel"...

Every unit in the mission HAS a rearming dock but when support is called in mission CTD fatally.

thnx!

[edit] Problems solved... On replacing 11 ships accidentally deleted the support as well! not only that I forgot dockpointe dships need PATHS also!! All work fine now...
