Shockwave LODs

If I get an error saying my shockwave doesn't have LODs, how do I give my shockwave LODs? Do shockwaves have LODs? How can a 2D effect have LODs? Have I used the acronym LOD too much in this post? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
Be warned: This site's admins stole 100s of hours of my work. They will do it to you.

Sounds like you have effect named as shockwave defined as explosion effect.. Have you got the effect defined in weapon_expl.tbl (or in -wxp.tbm)?
