Inferno Build Performance Upgrade?
I was playtesting my new mission for INFA just now [;)], and then stopped because I got bored. My FPS in the Inferno build of FSOpen had a constant rate of 120 (with dips to no lower than 80). I decided to go work on FRGL, and noticed that my FPS was 60. In addition, my INFA mission was very fleshed out (you can find screenies in the last shots in the INFA Eyecandy thread ;)), but my FRGL mission was very basic (two cruisers and a few fighterwings at most).

The only changes I knew about in Inferno builds were the upped shiplimit, but that was all as far as I knew.

So, how come i get 120 in an Inferno build, but only 60 in a regular build? Exact same computer, exact same settings (checked the launcher, too).

Re: Inferno Build Performance Upgrade?
Try testing normal build with 'disable vertical sync' option
Do not meddle in the affairs of coders for they are soggy and hard to light
