Does "Insurrection" take place before "Crusade" and "The Shiva Option" or after them??
Coz mentioning Theban conflict and anti-matter warheads indicate after "Crusade"
and presence of Monitor class ships (class introduced during war with Bugs) with mentioning Ivan Antonow (but his absence - I'm guessing because he's dead after "In Death Ground") indicate after "Shiva Option"
However "Inssurection" was released as second so this indicate after "Crusade" but before "In Death Ground"/"Shiva Option".
Moreover in every note about whole series in books order "Insurrection" is first... before both "Crusade" and "In Death Ground"/"Shiva Option"
I'm confused.
