New models is basically the province of the upgrade team and is nothing to do with what will be in 3.7.

There are a bunch of new features that are already in HEAD. They will obviously all be in 3.7.

You'll have to ask Taylor what he had planned for 3.7 though. I know the big features that are coming but I don't want to say something will be in 3.7 if it's planned for 3.7.1 or something.
