The patch makes Inferno R1 SCP compatible and the mediavps are only an option. Follow the instructions DySkO gave you.

I'm not a coder, I don't know what kind of problem you currently have. I know, however, that most "bugs" are caused by wrong option settings...

Well , it worked . Almost anyway . I disabled the glowmaps , shinemaps and enviromentalmaps ( whatever they're called ) , and it worked . Though I had to reset all the weapon and fighter equipment before I started the mission , cause on a bombing mission I had light fighters ( EAF Claymores ) ! And on the last credit mission ( not important though ) it crashed . But eitherway - it worked this time .

P.S. Just noticed how awesome the Orion looks with the mediavps . It's even better than before ( useless info: the GTD Orion is my fave ship ) .

Yeah, it's fantastic with the mediavps. Many times better than the old one
