WinXP x64 has basically no driver support. If you have more than 3GB of RAM, get the x64 version. If you have 2GB, stay with x86 (32-bit).

OK, I swear...This is the last question I'm going to ask. :shaking:

Since I'm going to install Win XP (32-bit) onto my laptop, I'm going to need new graphics drivers for my GeForce Go 7700.  I've gone to the nVidia drivers page and selected "Graphics Driver" in the first box.  I know in the third box I need to select "Windows XP / 2000".

My question is this:  In the second box, do I select the "GeForce 7 Series" or the "GeForce Go 7800/7900 laptops" option?  I have a GeForce Go 7700 on a laptop.

The general 7 series option should be fine. The 7700 Go is identical to a 7600 Go, but manufactured on a newer 80nm process to reduce heat and power consumption.
