Hi, starlord here:

Could someone please tell me if there are more that one chapter out regarding tech superiority? I love this campaign and I hope it's still continuing.

The last update on their website was six years ago, so I think it's safe to assume that it is dead. :p

Nope. He hasn't been here for ages - you could try sending him an email through his profile, although I doubt he still has the same one.
