The title is misleading. :P The ultimate war sim, should, of course, be about the ultimate war. This either means you want Defcon or something beyond even that. :P

Not exactly. The title could refer to two games: A sim based on an 'Ultimate War' of some sort, or a regular war sim of such quality as deserving the title of 'ultimate'.
