K, so here's how it looks.. I recently relised that FOW 3 is sadly lacking in Space Superiority fighters...and I hate the Myrmodon.
I got my hands on the Ezechiel, but with 8 guns that fits into the Heavy fighter category, which allready has more fighters in it than any other category  (yessir, I sure likes me firepower! yup ) If any heavy fighters is going out, that would be the Erynies.
I'm also keen on making a police fighter (with red and blue lights, yup)

So, I got 2 models on my HDD I can use for such an occasion, lovingly nicknames the Thunderbird (or T-bird for short) and Falchion (or Falc)

So here's the T-hawk:

So, here are the possibilities:

OPTION 1. The T-hawk becomes the SS fighter, the Falc becomes a police fighter. Ezechiel replaces the Erynies.

OPTION 2. The Falc becomes the SS fighter, the T-hawk becomes a police fighter. Ezechiel replaces the Erynies.

OPTION 3. Ezechield primary and secondaries are switched. Now it can work a a SS fighter. T-hawk becomes police fighter.

OPTION 4. Ezechield primary and secondaries are switched. Now it can work a a SS fighter. Falc becomes police fighter.


Anyone can think of some other ship I coudl use for a SS fighter or some other possibiltiy to mix this up?

Won't vote, but I'll say the T-Hawk.

Don't know why, but I feel that you're better with big ships. (OTOH I do agree that there's a lack of HTL fighters available for free use...)

Or you could do it the Inferno way and reduce the Ezechiel's gun count to four... but then again...

falc for player ship. the t-hawk just seems more suitable for disable&disarm capture operations...which is what the police would probaly do (for traitors and whatnot)

They're both similar, I like the Hawk.

IMHO, hte hawk has (currently) a better gun placement, but I cna allwys move the guns on the falc on it's sides insted on the tips of it's wings...so that' not that big of a problem.

The T-Hawk does have some resemblence with the perseus with the wing shape and downward bending front part and hte Falc has some more unique feel to it.

That's why I'm so torn between them. I'm not sure I want another perseus look-a-like, but then again, it would make some sense since the perseus is a great fighter...
