In my mod folder are to *.tbms called 01_effects_StormFront12-wep.tbm and 01_adveffects_StormFront12-wep.tbm. The second one is completely being ignored by the game. Why?

Make sure you are using notepad and not word pad or MS word to create your table.  Anything that adds formatting to the TBM will cause it not to work.  If you open the TBM using tableview you can see the formatting which will prevent the TBM from working.

Edit Nevermind I looked at the tables and that is not the problem.  Could it be because they are both wep.tbm?

Perhaps the filename is too long.

Shortening the file name seems to have solved the problem. Once more I have to thank the community.

The latter was definitely too long of a filename.  Limit is 31 characters.
