Thanks for the enthusiasism, Fozzy. I remember asking the same question a while ago and getting a similar reply- there's really not a whole lot to do. The Wiki is pretty thorough as it is. There's a lot of template work to be done, for example, but you can find something more interesting to do. Personally I prefer that people would keep the templates the way they are, but meh.
If you look at the
recent changes page, you'll see that Shade is converting all the ship articles to a new template. See what he's doing and help him out, if you want.
One part of the Wiki that never really got off the ground are the user-made campaign mission walkthroughs.
Here is the campaign walkthrough for Derelict. If you're ever playing a campaign and you feel in the mood to help the wiki, make a mission walkthrough for it.
Another way you could help is by simply browsing articles and correcting grammar mistakes. FSWiki has many "Engrish" articles.
Everything I've mentioned is pretty much make-work; the Wiki is pretty polished as it is(unless you're a grammarian), and nothing really critical has to be done. But again, thank you for wanting to help.
