Need help with audio RAW & IMA ADPCM
Ok I've got a pretty large amount of audio files that are evidently
in raw data format. I have other files that were not archived together
as the raws were, and they are in WAV and MP3.

Here are some specs:

Wavs -
Bitrate: 88 Kbps
4 bit
Mono
Sample Rate: 22 kHz
IMA ADPCM format

MP3 -
Bitrate: 48 Kbps
Mono
Frequency 44100
FhG (l3enc)  Ancient MPEG 2 Fraunhofer encoding

So basically I know what the raw audio should be after some experimenting... the Wavs.
I've tried using Audacity. Sound Recorder, and dbPowerAmp to no major success. I can get
the data in as 8 bit unsigned PCM... but it comes out with a huge amount of static and
the track length/play rate is distorted. It's somewhat close though, you can tell the music's there.
Raw was also confirmed by noting that the files have no header information, which can be typical.

I've scoured Google and Sourceforge for 10 hours looking for something that'll do what I want, no luck either.
I need a program that will accept 4 bit raw input and output to IMA ADPCM or other.

So I'm asking here as my last hope. Otherwise I'll have to record some 30 hours of audio.
I've attached one of the raw files with voice in it in a zip.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
