Yea I just bought the eVGA version of the 8800 GT from their site... comes with Quake Wars so I figured it was worth the extra $30(including shipping), because of the amazing warranty terms(can OC and not void warranty) and good customer service reviews they get :)

doesn;t XFX have OC protection on their cards as well?  thats what I could tell from reading their warranty.

besides, even if it did burn out cause of OC'ing, how would they know?  you could just claim that the card might have throttled up or something.  you could get around it.
