Lost FS2 Site

I remember when I was looking for the SCP (I had it installed in 2004 and wanted to get it again) I came across an FS2 site. The forum on this site had a lot of Galactic Terran Police Department avatars and a lot of other squad avatars. I think that Kara may have been a member. Does anybody know what site this would be?

The GTPD avatars were for my now-obsolete campaign storyline.

I'm pretty sure that it wasn't GW. It may have been, but I doubt it.

Let's see. The only Freespace boards I was ever a very active member of were this one, Sectorgame and GW. I've also been a member of

Anything else was either much older, much newer or not FS2 related.
