Information for Prospective New Coders
Hi,

I am interested in joining the development team and have spent the last few days trying to familiarize myself with the code and information on the forums. Since the new website is not up, I am finding it difficult to find information on how to get started, who to contact, what the coding guidelines are etc.

I have found the information on setting up CVS useful and I have also noted the discussion on compilers and ide's.

Looking at the source I can see who the main contributors to the code are, but I have no way of contacting you since all your emails are hidden  :)

So for the sake of anyone else who might be interested in joining the development effort in anyway, while the website is being revamped, please can you post some up-to-date information in this thread.

Many Thanks,

Samuel

Re: Information for Prospective New Coders
In general a post here (or a PM if you know you need that particular coder's attention) is the best way to get attention.
Karajorma's Freespace FAQ. It's almost like asking me yourself.
