Is there a utility available to edit one's pilot file?  I'd like to monkey around with some values - specifically, what mission I'm on in a given campaign, etc.  I figured there must be such a utility, but I haven't found it yet.

There is on and it's called CampEdit32 (you can find it here:http://www.descent-network.com/cgi-bin/descman.cgi?module=campedit)
BUT it is for FS Retail ONLY.
