Ca và?

Just a quickie: anyone have a quick way of converting a POF model from Descent 2 to an acceptable POF model for FS? Are the D2 POF models in actuality OOF models in disguide? I tried looking at the actual data and they seem to differ quite a lot from the usual OOF models in D3.

In short; how to get the POF/OOF models from D2 to FS?

Cordially,

I could have sworn there was a pack made of decent ships made/converted over for FS2 (not sure if it was d1-2-3 or all 3). like back in 2004ish?

Lithunwrap can put an .oof into a mainstream format, and then you can convert from there. You'd probably be better off using your own stuff, as d2's own geometry is simplistic and won't look good in fs2. (imho)
