Hmm...I just stumbled across this.  I've glanced through the two things you've posted and I've found a couple of interesting patterns.  Is this more in line with a block cipher or stream cipher?  Also, is there any compression/decompression of numbers involved?  (This is where the patterns come in.)

it is a numerical representation of a physical action


the patterns are there because of the patterns within the action


there has been a mathmatical prize given for one of the off shoots of this "cipher"
