Help with editing warp-out sequence
i was wondering if there is any way to edit the warp out sequence so that when a ship enters warp the ship travels a much farther distance to the warp and  so that the ship travels much faster?  Thanks.

That depends on:
current speed;
eventual cargo the ship is docked to;
average speed(from the tbl);

I have never tried...but...what if you use set-object-speed-z?

You'd be able to affect the speed and I *think* the warp distance by adding this stuff to the ships table: http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Ships.tbl#.24Warpin_type:

I'd imagine warp distance would be approximately speed*time.
