I've personally had a few run-ins with them.  Their primary goal is to gain the trust of a clan by becoming a community regular (sometimes for several months), then recruited into said clan.  Once given access to the member area, they collect data about the members and try to dismantle the clan from the inside out by stealing email addresses, cell phone numbers, and the like.  Then they laugh about it.

With the kind of assholes those guys are, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they were, in fact, SA goons.
