Rakshasas are weird. They should have 4 SReds since, otherwise, its frontal beam layout is asymmetrical, where the rest of the ship isn't.

Yes, I think so too. Even with 3 beam cannons, the Rakshasa is superior to any GTVA cruiser. With a fourth beam on it, it would probably be able to take on a corvette from the right angle. But initially, it was clearly designed with four beams.

EDIT: It would have superior firepower to the Moloch. Which leads to the idea that the Moloch has been nerfed as well.

It might be interesting swapping out one of the Moloch's SReds for an LRed...

Currently it only exists in my mod on my hard drive and places I backed it up to. It'll be released in the next version of my mod, but I guess I could release it separately if enough people wanted it. If not, I can provide instructions for editing in PCS2 (it's a straight texture replace). Thoughts, boewulf?

I know its supposed to be Beowulf.  But I changed it to my own specs.
