I've got pretty much everything that he's released from his Federal fleet pack (barring the destroyer...though I'm not sure if he released it or not). I'll upload it to freespacemods.net if you still can't get any copies of them.

they're the ones that have the grey/brick red color scheme... and he had all those little missle launchers and primaries (externally visible in game) made for his stuff.
