That's how he got his title. But trust me. At the beginning of his HLP career, his behaviour and posting style were annoying at best. And his ADHD was probably really kicking at the time. Now it seems he's a whole new person.

That's perfectly normal. I over use ellipses fro time to time as well.

Although it seems that most of my paragraphs end with smilies now.
