I gots a question - I got a decent little animated head talking in .sfd format

I want to turn into a head ani. Can anyone walk me trough the steps. It's been ages since I tried something like this, and IIRC, I got nowhere even back then.

If my memory serves me correctly, you need to find a way to convert each frame to .pcx format and then use anibuilder (should be on google) to get the frames into .ani format.

I know that part, but I was thinking about they way to get it to look like other ani's - semi transparent and stuff... This one is fully colored, so I was wondering if anyone knows a easy way to do it.

No. Sixteen colours total. The rest of the 256 colours are all green.

Also, does anyone know a good way to extract frames from a .sfd file?

I have no idea what SFD is... so no. But the green they mean is pure green. Just look at the palette for the existing ANIs. You have to match that precisely.
