I need serious help on the first mission of this I'm using the SCP version with the patch also for it I start the mission perfectly and all but when I start the Lonewolf does its patrol but just keeps going around Tau Stigma repeatedly nothing happens no pirates nothing even if I destroy all the craft with the cheats so could you please help me

Command will tell you to go after a transport leveing with a wrong container.  you go and scan it then the pirates come i think its been a while since played derelict.

Shouldn't the transport leave and something fail? I donno...I've always scanned the cargo when I was told to.

 I have absolutely the same problem as author's. LoneWolf keep going around, and it's all.
60 minutes has passed already, Command keeps silence. I really have doubts that i should wait some more to....

Quite at the beginning, after your wingmen have had a chat. Someone (probably Command) informs you that a transport isn't following its designated path and you are instructed to scan the transport. It's the one near the Arcadia-class station, close to the cargo containers.
