Installing PCS2 with collada.

Howe do I get this working. I installed the latest version of PCS2 then i downloaded spicious' one (the exe from his sig) I then put the .exe from spicious and all the files that went with it into the PCS2 folder, overwriting the old .exe. Then I downloaded libcollada14.dll and put it in the folder aswell. I did this and had VC2008 runtime installed aswell. Then i tried ot start the programme and it crashed whenever I tried to open a model. Now it wont start.
