Tach players - game in 15 mins

For those who have Tachyon the Fringe, I'm going to put together a multiplayer
game here in about 15 minutes, not sure how long it'll last but at least two people
will be online.

At minimum, you need a full copy of tachyon, and Tachyon Service Bay, and it's Update 1
