I wish I could actually USE more than 100kbps of that 8MBPS...
That, or this whole speed thing is fake anyway, cause most of it is unusable.

This is not a direct number, just the numbers for my primary machine. There are servers on a bridge firewall that get higher than that, but all the internal traffic is managed.

On another note, I always thought that upload speeds should only be slightly slower than download speeds.

Not over here they're not

I have a dl speed of 512kbps for an upload speed of 10kbps, and that's commonplace
