can't get mod to work

ok I have been having a hard tiem find a mod for homeworld that really works.. I dl the freespace one and it didn't work  the guns looked liek crap and the collosus had a hard time damaging ships... anyways I was hoping that you guys had a link.

I figured this is the best place to ask you guys seemingly know everything about this game

What homeworld mod? If you refering to TAP... They havn't even released it yet... and thats probably not the best place to say "looks like crap". And the Colossus has always had a hard time "damaging ships" :)

That FS>HW mod, well... No offense to the creators, but it stinks...
Unbalanced... you're not doing anything wrong when you install it....
Thats if I understood your question correctly anyway..

well the thing is it said to dl this other stuff and I can't find it, I know it is unbalanced I had heard that before I just want to try it.. soo as far as you guys know there isn't a way to fix the guns or the ship boxes? they hinted at it but I am unable to find

when is this tap mod released

oh and by damage ships I mean it can't kill a maticore let alone a sathanas

You'd be better off asking at HWU or RelicNews, they have more experience with modding HW than the people here do...
And TAP will be released when its finished :p
