Gog.com version is 1.2?

So I read a post awhile ago that said Gog.com made a mistake and said the game had been patched up to v1.2 when it fact it wasn't.  I have already asked at Gog.com but I decided to ask here.  Does anybody know if in fact the version is fully up-to-date with the latest patch?

It is my understanding, that GOG took care of this detail quite some time ago. What you get from GOG should indeed be 1.2.
