Blue Lion, I don't understand how your points relate to the topic. I don't understand what they are, in fact.

It's been made clear by now that no one has argued the Internet is a fundamental human right. The only point here is that the specific manner in which the French government planned to restrict Internet access constituted a violation of the right to freedom of expression.

Could you outline your perceived points and disagreements with other posters?

I asked if phones were considered human rights (Are all forms of information mediums on the same level) It seemed weird to me that one form would be singled out as a "human right".

This question was answered. On the first page no less.

AFTER THAT, Kosh said I was basically making Stalin proud in my opinion. Which made no sense because I was asking why other forms weren't given the same standard.

In my answer of "Then why don't they just say "access to information is a human right"?" which is pretty much what Flipside and MP-Ryan said, I assumed I was making my point clear.

However it wasn't because he answered with "Because his statement made it clear that mass communication and information dissemination should be restricted."

So to sum it up, I'm clarifying a point I was making that was already answered to a person who clearly has no idea what is going on. The only reason I'm still discussing it is I find it oddly hilarious that the guy who made the thread called me out on a question that was asked and answered and STILL got the entire premise wrong.
