(I haven't updated drivers yet, since my internet crashes regularly, so the stuttering issue I described in the other thread I'll take care of later)

I know to select Mediavps to get the great looking effects for vanilla Freespace 2. No mod means the default campaign. Ok, so I understand thing so far...

What if I want both Mediavps, andanother mod, like Derelict. How do I select both?

There is no fast way. And manual installation is at least as easy as using Turey's Installer, except that you get less errors, issues and problems with manual installation.
