If you comply with these license terms, you agree to the following:
  • This is pre-release software. It will have bugs and problems that will be fixed in a final release of the game. Retro/Grade is far from finished, and it’s only going to get better. Please keep that in mind if you are planning on posting mean things about it on the intarwebs. Don’t hesitate to post great things about the demo. All comments or suggestions are welcome. Send them to [email protected]
  • This is a free demo, so redistribute it as much as you’d like. Don’t sell it to anyone because that would be obnoxious, and the buyer would be rather displeased when they read this and find out it’s supposed to be free. We can’t be held responsible if they demand their money back or beat you up.
  • This software is provided by 24 Caret Games "as is" with no warranties. We cannot be liable for any damages arising from this product. That means if our game crashes your system or causes some data loss, then we are very sorry! You can’t sue us over it though.
  • You agree to have fun playing the game. If you don’t enjoy it, then you are violating the terms of this agreement.

I don't think I can agree to these terms. :/

Strange. I don't think it's possible to agree or disagree (let alone force compliance) with the first term. Also, what is this "intarwebs" you speak of, lawyer-person?
The second one...it's OK.
The third one...yeah, I know.
The fourth one, though. W. T. F.

Wording your EULA in plain english instead of legalese is good, writing bull**** like that in a document which is legally binding (IIRC), is wrong.

I'd agree on the principle that any company that can't even spell Carat in its own name correctly is likely to be produce some interesting and unintentionally humorous games...
