Super Cap/Supercap/supercap
Having some issues with ships not attacking and I think the problem is with the flags.  It's pretty confusing.  The hard coded object types table has "Super Cap".  The +Actively Pursues: in the code for a cruiser also has "Super Cap"  while the Wiki lists it as "supercap" in the cruiser example.  Guessing that's a typo.  Now when I get to ships.tbl it has both "super cap" and "supercap".  It says it's an alternate name.  Still not that confusing.  Now weapons table it has "supercap" and "Supercap" with different descriptions.

So basically if I want a cruiser to fire on a Super Cap by default what the heck should the flags be in ships.tbl and weapons.tbl?

AFAIK Supercap doesnt affect AI, only allows it to do the last x% of damage to a capship.
