Does anyone know where I can get hi res planets that are in our solar system?You know Venus,Earth,Mars etc?I want to make a mission or possibly a campaign that takes place in Sol.I have found some real planet background images but there horribly low res.

War in Heaven will have skyboxes of a number of Sol planets, but it may be a while yet before they're available.

You can grab graphics from TVWP, seriously.

Yeah, that's where I got most of the standard (non-terraformed) graphics for DoS, IIRC.
That, and ShadowGorrath's Sol: A History graphical enhancement...which is probably just the same graphics.

I just downloaded blue planet.It has a pretty good Earth background.To bad no moon or Mars though.

I also just downloaded the Terran Vasuden war mod.Your right it does have some good sol planet backgrounds.Thanks.

Right now im working on a couple of missions in order to get better at Fred.There about the fate of Earth and are inspired heavily by the TOS BSG episode Experiment on Terra.Earth is now in a civil war with two sides going at each other.The Eastern and Western alliances.

After I do this mini campaign I may try and do a mod thats a continuation of the new BSG in the Freespace universe.I do know about BTRL and the Diaspora BSG mods but they take place during the events of the show and arnt a continuation.

Oh and ill be putting up a pic of my progress in a couple days.
