You really should report it. Behavior like this is usually the top of the iceberg. You know, like the homeless guy sitting around going "Just tell me when, Lord, just tell me when!" As far as time goes, it doesn't matter. Or maybe it does, I don't know. In either case, please reconsider. By the way, I'm a hypocrite because I didn't report something similar, but I had good reason not to.
