The countries listed have universities that were listed when I did a search for Chemistry/Physics programs taught in English on the ISEP website.

I'm thinking of going abroad for the 2011 spring semester, since I still have like 3-4 months to apply.

I wouldn't mind going to Fiji on holiday, but I wouldn't want to live there or get higher education there. Same with Ghana and South Africa.
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

Well see, South Africa HAS produced a lot of educated people, it's just that the educated ones leave the country because it's a ****hole. So, big brain-drain for South Africa!

SA's education system is ok, but crime is way out of control and HIV infection rates are skyhigh.
