As for Noemi... Summer Glau, hands-down.  Simms is tougher... I haven't quite figured out who could pull her off.
1.  Samuel L is tired of these mother****ing Buntus in mother****ing Sol.

2.  I mentioned Claudia Black (the voice actress who voiced Morrigan for DA:O I believe) a bit earlier for Simms.
