Homeworld conversion?

im surprised no-one has thought or tryed doing this coz it seems quite simple....

the LODS are sorted.....debris would need work...
the rest should be easy i think (but adding sheilds to the fighters and possible missiles to make it a tad more fun & challenging)

has any1 tryed to make this conversion?
