I have saw in youtube a video of a person presumably plays this game in the wii , it is really true, can it be played with the mediavps or any open source benefit ?

It could be played. Not well, though. And not the current mediavps nor the current builds, I believe.

I have already see that video, it seems fake, but I have seen the ''port'' of something like that in a google code page I think , I really dont know ,maybe someone in this big forum have any clues of it

It's real. The video was posted here before.
