My fighter that I've been working on has decided arbitrarily to flip the normals of five faces arbitrarily, once FRED loads it.
Blender shows that these normals are as they should be. PSC2 shows that they are fine as well. Once they are exported into .pof, and reloaded, it still works just fine. However, when fred gets a hold of it, it seems displeased and flips the five triangles around. Then, when I reload the .pof file into PSC2, the program shows that the model has those five faces flipped! I can't explain it, and the only remotely possible explanation is that my normal map is goofed up, but I don't know enough about normal mapping to say yes or no to that, or how Fred might use it to spread anarchy.
This is the debug spew. I looked through it, but nothing seemed to be out of place.

So far I have tried:
Rexporting (MANY times)
Fresh textures and maps (following along the tuorials, particularly the GIMP thread)
Flipping the wayward normals so that they would be backwards upon export from blender... which left the same troublesome faces flipped as they were. I just can't get them right can I?
I'll keep working on this, but any and all suggestions would be welcome. My current course of action is to hack apart the model, copy the geometry and start from scratch....
