He just posted in the thread, to help the original creator to improve the campaign.

I think, Jeff Vader just assumed that General Battuta downloaded them.

The only gyus who did in fact download the campaign, were Tinman and The_E.
I doubt that The_E still has the files, but there is a chance that Tinman may have them.
